Craig Evans
Craig brings strong commercial and property-focused experience, with a particular interest in sourcing opportunities, assessing investment potential and overseeing refurbishment projects.
With a background in sales and account management, he has developed excellent negotiation, relationship-building and project coordination skills, working closely with clients, suppliers and contractors to achieve successful outcomes. His commercial experience has provided a strong understanding of budgeting, value assessment and identifying opportunities that offer long-term growth potential.
Craig is heavily involved in property research and market analysis, regularly assessing investment opportunities and staying up to date with industry trends, legislation and best practice.
